REGISTRATION DETAILS

1st, 2nd or 3rd year students taking one or two courses:
$275 per course, plus *registration fee.

1st, 2nd or 3rd year students taking three or more courses per semester:
$250 per course, plus *registration fee.

*Registration fee is $75 per semester.

Fee for late enrollment or late payment (including partial payment) is $75 per semester.

Students not enrolling in courses must pay a $50 NON-REGISTRANT FEE per each quarter not enrolled in courses in order to maintain your matriculation.

There is a $25 fee (plus additional bank charges) for returned checks.
1 Course = 8 Weekly Sessions. Classes meet on Mondays at 6:30 and 8:30pm unless otherwise noted.

DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION

Fall and Early Winter: TBA for 2022-2023 Year.

Late Winter and Spring: TBA.

Please be sure to have your entire tuition and registration fee paid by the registration date to avoid a late penalty. We reserve the right to cancel any course offerings that are under-enrolled. Your cooperation in registering as early as possible is appreciated. A late fee of $75 will be assessed for any amount still outstanding after enrollment.

NEW STUDENTS
In addition to completing the registration form, new  students must apply either for full admission to the Institute or for the Non-Matriculant Program.  Individuals who wish to take only selected courses are welcomed by IEA so long as they meet the Institute’s standards of admission.  A maximum of three courses may be taken in the Non-Matriculant Program.  Credit for these courses is applicable to subsequent matriculation status.

REFUND SCHEDULE
Students who are registering for courses, canceling enrollment in courses, or changing their registration in any way must do so in writing.  All registration correspondence should be sent to info@ieanyc.org.

WEEKEND COURSES
Cancellation with less 2 weeks prior to starting date = 50% refund; cancellation with less than 2 weeks prior to start date = No refund (except in case of emergency, to be determined by the Executive Committee).

 

PEP-WEB ACCESS

Students are expected to have access to PEP-Web to obtain articles and readings for classes. Below are instructions on how to sign up:

How to Sign up to PEP-Web:

Get a membership as an Affiliate ($95)

2) Once you complete and submit your application (with payment), send an email to div39@namgmt.com and let them know that you have just signed up for Affiliate membership and that you want information on the discounted PEP-Web membership.

3) You will receive an email with the complete instructions on how to get the PEP-Web membership for $65/year (Price may change). (This email takes about 2 days). The address of PEP-Web is http://www.pep-web.org and requires the Log-in information you create when Division 39 sends you the instructions and you go through the registration process.
